A gecko came to our State Farm office to get a quote today. He said he liked the way we explained everything to him. After 15 minutes passed he wanted to stay longer to discuss other needed coverage!

State Farm is there for the Quans who lost their home, two autos and all their personal property, including collectibles and irreplaceable keepsakes to the devastating "Butte Fire". They kept their lives, good humor and can-do spirits, though. Mr Quan has forty eight years of history with State Farm. Today they came to our office to receive their two total loss auto settlement drafts. The Quans are enthusiastic and authentic post Civil War reinactors as a hobby. The sword that Mr Quan is holding is my gift to them. It is an exact replica of what General Custer would have had. Aside from their insurance needs (that our company is taking care of), I was happy to have found a way to assist them to rebuild in a small way from the ashes.
