8-14-20 posted review. I am an Ivy League trained physician who has studied at Yale. I lived in PVE, enjoying a charmed life. A couple of years ago my life unraveled. As I went through a traumatic divorce and child custody battle I became involved in a domestic incident with my husband. I was charged with multiple felonies by the district attorney's office. I have no prior criminal history. These felony charges would have made me lose my medical license (MD), livelihood and c...hildren as well as my reputation. Reacting out of panic, I only made the situation worst. I was referred to Robert Ernenwein by my then family law attorney. Michelle is not only a fantastic lawyer but also a brilliant humanist who is capable of thinking with both her heart and her mind. She too never gave up on me. Michelle has had a profound impact on my life. She not only has a firm grasp of legal matters, but also of human emotions. Robert and Michelle worked all hours of the day and night on my case. They were continuously and immediately responsive. They spent innumerable hours holding my hand and walking me through the process. When I thought that I was a lost cause, they helped me believe in myself and my future and allowed me to see the light at the end of the tunnel. On my 39th birthday, the judge handed down a ruling granting me diversion, which when I complete will result in the dismissal of all of my charges. The DA's office was adamantly opposed, but somehow I was given a chance. I now look forward to resuming my career and rebuilding relations with my children. I have a sense of self-worth and a narrative that I don't feel ashamed of anymore. I could not have walked this road and obtained this result without Robert and Michelle.
