Lake Elsinore Unified School District has the brand new Alberhill Elementary School ready to go when the students and staff are cleared to go back to school. This 5-building, 55,000 square foot campus was built by Erickson-Hall and designed by MGPA, Inc.

Construction of South Bay Union School District's VIP Village Preschool is complete! The modernized campus, constructed by Erickson-Hall and designed by Westberg + White, will serve 207 children within the District.

It's a proud moment for all of us at Erickson-Hall! Our commitment to excellence and safety was recognized as we won 1st Place in the AGC National Construction Safety Excellence Award (CSEA)!! There were over 1,200 total applications submitted nation-wide, and our company was selected as one of the top three finalists to compete in the Construction Management division over 1 million hours worked! Exciting things are happening at Innovative Horizons Charter School in the Perris Elementary School District. We are currently underway on the construction of 3 ground-up buildings which will house classrooms, locker rooms/coaches offices, and a gymnasium. Pictured below is the installation of rebar cages and a concrete slab poured for the new gymnasium.

Restoration of the 80-year-old Ritz Theater for New Vintage Church is well underway with the installation of a 3-story, prefabricated modular elevator. A crane was used to pick the elevator off a flat bed truck, lifted over 2 stories of erected steel and lowered into the elevator pit.

Rancho Santa Fe Fire Station No. 5 in Harmony Grove is ready for the installation of new windows. The roofing will be completed this month with building insulation and drywall to follow.

Erickson-Hall is well underway with construction of Griffiths Middle School for Downey Unified School District. We are building a new 14,000 square foot gymnasium and a new 19,500 square foot classroom building. Pictured below is the structural steel for the classroom building and CMU block walls for the gymnasium being set in place.

Construction has begun on the new Hermosa North School campus in Hermosa Beach. Site grading and relocation of an existing palm tree is currently underway to prepare for the construction of a 2-story classroom building and a single-story multi-purpose building consisting of a kitchen, multi-purpose room, restrooms and storage.
