Good Morning San Diego!!! Today, like any other day is filled with nearly infinite possibility!! Our only limitations are those we impose on ourselves. Through love, community, and action, we can CREATE the future we want to be a part of! Through massive action of the individual with a community growth mindset we can ALL grow.... TOGETHER!!!... It all starts within! It all starts NOW!!

It's true, I really do!! If you're anywhere even remotely close to South Park in San Diego, I HIGHLY recommend CURRYOSITY!! The food is out of this world and Raj, the owner is such a friendly, warm spirit in the neighborhood! Looking forward to dining in at the FIRST POSSIBLE CHANCE!!!

I wanted to take a moment to share the human side of all of this . You would think that, having studied the brain, I'd be "better equipped" to handle the struggles born from the mind, but, alas, this is not the case. Instead I hear this quote from Nietzsche, "As the sphere of my knowledge grows, so does the circumference of darkness surrounding it" playing over and over in my mind! This is an idea I think we can all relate to on a visceral level; as we are bombarded with info...rmation about this COVID-19 scanario our sphere of knowledge is growing at a massive rate, but man the darkness around it seems almost infinite and that can be downright paralyzing for many right now, myself included!! Now I don't want to soapbox here and be yet another person pushing for everyone to use this time for self development, because honestly, for many, just having that little voice in your head say, at the end of the day, "I'll try again tomorrow" is all the courage they can muster and that is perfectly FAIR!! Instead, I just want to offer a suggestion, a mere one word change that could have DRASTIC positive impact: change the 'try' to 'DO' "I'll DO again tomorrow!!" As Yoda said, "Do or Do Not, there is no try" Its helped me, and I hope it helps you! #mentalhealth #covid19 #newnormal
