On this 92nd anniversary of his birth on January 15, 1929, all persons of reason and conscience should pause to reflect on the tremendous accomplishments of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., in honor of his service to all Americans as he struggled to promote civil and human rights. Although many have attempted to tarnish his legacy, his dream still thrives in the hearts and minds of his fellow warriors and successors. For all of the injustices that continue to plague our nation, let us bow our heads and "take a knee" today in commemoration of Dr. King!
