It determines how much money and resources we get to support our community. Volunteer! Whether it be with us or another local org! There’s so many in Monterey County! Donate if you can! Many organizations take donations of food, clothes, books, art supplies, and much more to give to the community we work with. Lastly, shop locally!!! When you choose to buy from a local shop and not a big retailer, you’re helping a family afford rent and dinner. Also, you’re giving back to your community. Check out your local shops around you!

The Seneca Family of Agencies has a new program called Todo Por Mi Familia it’s a nation-wide initiative to connect immigrant families separated at the border due to the Zero Tolerance Policy with free mental health services in their preferred language and near their home. These services are available to families throughout the US due to a class-action lawsuit filed against the federal government. Seneca Family of Agencies served as an expert witness and consultant for the attorneys representing the families. Their offices are located at the Kinship Center, on River Road.
