It’s just Birthday month at Life Impact International! We missed a special one at the beginning of this month but we will make up for it next month! !But right now we just all want you to know that it’s this Hero’s Birthday! MaNoot was our very first family to come and be House Parents 12 years ago on the Thai/Burma Border! She had worked with another children’s home for 10 years prior to coming to us....that makes 22 years ya’ll! 22 years working with at-risk and exploited children is a long time!!!! She has been a boy momma to our rescued boys and a leader to our Thai Houseparents! The word that was spoken over her life this year was...Faithful! And that she has been! Faithful to God, faithful to the children and faithful to us! Please send this hero some Birthday love to the Thai/Burma border and we’ll make sure she gets it!!!!

Usually we don’t do this because we have 98 Life Impact national staff/USA staff, missionaries and volunteers around the world...this one was the exception! The exception because she actually runs our social media and would never post this herself and we want her to see this when she wakes up in the morning. If you have ever been on a short-term team in the last 2 years then you would have met Jamie Lynn Sivak! She wears so many hats at Life Impact because she’s just that go...od! But as of late she has been overseeing the Life Impact Tulsa Branch and assisting in communications and coordinations with Life Impact in all of our international countries. That means she’s constantly on calls, working with people in different time zones, all while managing, assisting, writing and handling the social media...oh ya and in her free time she’s a photographer and an amazing evangelist! Well by now you get the point! Today is her Birthday! And on her Birthday we just wanted to invite you to give her some love on the page that she is constantly sending love from and for relentlessly serving the least of these! Happy Birthday Jamie! Family and friends please pray for us, my border is officially on lockdown, and the nation of Thailand needs some solutions (can’t say much)...but please pray for our protection, healing and future. I know we are here for such a time as this.

Children's Festival Juazeiro do Norte 2020 Tuesday, we officially launched our Prevention Project for the Cariri region of Ceará (Northern Brazil ). We started with a Children's Day party, complete with games, music and lots of food and fun! Our Life Impact Brazil team poured their hearts into this day and it showed in the joy on each child’s face! This is just the beginning! Please continue to pray for our team as we keep moving forward to help these precious children!

Our Children’s Day celebration in Juazeiro do Norte came to a joyous and colorful end! Yesterday marked the official beginning of our prevention work in this area and we are so excited for what’s ahead! God has so many more wonderful things in store for these precious children! Thank you to each of you who are taking part through prayers and support to help launch our prevention projects in Brazil! This is just the beginning! And to our @lifeimpactbrasil team - You did it! Thank you for all the time and energy you put into making this day so special for the children of Juazeiro!!

Today, these children get to simply be children! We are so excited for them and thankful for all the hard work our @lifeimpactbrasil team has put in to make this celebration possible!

Our Children’s Day celebration for those who are part of our prevention project in Juazeiro do Norte. This kick-off event to our prevention work has almost 100 children today! Way to go @lifeimpactbrasil!

Here at Life Impact our motto is....Change a Life, Change the World and in essence change a life to change the world! This is a picture of one of our very own rescued daughters that has officially been hired on to our Prevention team! Here she is helping to translate from Thai to Burmese. She speaks three languages fluently and has a heart to help prevent exploitation from happening to children on our border! We are so proud of her helping and reaching her own generation and nations...times like this make it all worth it! Change a life and that life has the potential to change their world!!! This precious girl is and will continue to change the world around her!!!

Our team in Juazeiro has been visiting the community to continue registering families and inviting them to our Children’s Day celebration! We are so extremely proud of our Life Impact Brasil team and all of the work they are doing to reach children in this area!
