Dear Clients, Employer’s Guardian is taking proactive measures to limit our team members exposure to COVID-19. Starting Tuesday 3-17, approximately 60% of Employer’s Guardian team members will work remotely. We will be scheduling some employees to work early shifts and others late shifts to limit overlap and exposure opportunities. Payroll processing, check printing, and delivery will continue as normal. ... EG is scheduling daily huddles via GoToMeeting with our departments in support of continuity. Client Impact Working remotely on a laptop is different than working at a desk with dual monitors and a business phone at your side. All phone calls will be answered and requests for service honored, but it could take a little longer. We ask that clients email requests for support where possible. It will be easier to call you than transfer calls to home offices. There will be more times when the automated phone system picks up. Phone calls will be directed to EG team Member voice mail boxes and they will see your voice mail notification via email and return your calls promptly. Employer’s Guardian understands clients needs will be higher the next few months and we are prepared to support them.
