Congratulations to our newest Cadet Officer 2d Lt. Elka Barragan. We decided this was to big of an honor to wait until we met back at the Squadron. We decided to surprise C/2d Lt Elka Barragan at her home before Monday’s nights Virtual Squadron Meeting.

On July 27th, Maj Mary Savage (Deputy Commander for Cadets) and Captain Anita Berro,(Group 4 Director Cadet Programs) decided to surprise all the cadets who promoted during this pandemic. It was great to see all the cadets. The best best part was seeing their surprised looks and smiles. Each cadet worked hard to reach their achievement. The rewards of their hard work paid off. We wanted to let the cadets know their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. ... We are all in this together!
