A traditional Korean dessert with a modern twist! Fresh Ube & Injeolmi cream with soft Ube dacquoise. They are not too sweet, & the chewy red bean mochi makes this dessert even more delicious. It is a golden kiwi season now! We use fresh sweet golden kiwi and fresh white chocolate cream so that it is not too sweet, light , and refreshing.
