Ironically I started the OC Dinner Club in March (now 97 members strong) & had our first dinner @graciasmadresocal the night before the shutdown. Longest escrow of the year but finally CLOSED at $1,389,000. Represented buyer. Sold off market. Story: took Graham out for the first time; she loved the neighborhood of Shorecliffs in San Clemente but not the current home we were looking at.
