Saturday morning WOD definitely looked easier on paper. 8am did their best to get through it.
Bear Complex on a Saturday morning. I really love this complex, because the time under tension helps to build muscle and burn calories. Plus, it helps to reinforce some of the barbell movements with do in CF. Bear Complex is a Power Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Press.
Tough WOD today. After a 400m run, the 8 and 9am classes had 10 rounds of 5 Power Cleans, 5 Hang Squat Clean, 5 Push Press, 5 Back Squats.
5am working on some KB box step ups.
