Golf Cart Policy Reminder: Due to COVID, many golfers are still deciding to ride in their own cart thus creating a challenge for us to offer carts to everyone. Combine this with an extremely high demand to play, we are forced to limit carts. Please observe the following cart rules. They are NOT new. They have been in place since our reopen on April 25. This message serves as a reminder. CHINO CREEK COURSE... Carts are available and guaranteed on-time any day and at any time. Note: We run on time no matter how busy we are. That is guaranteed. BUTTERFIELD STAGE COURSE Carts are available daily until 10:00 AM. After 10:00 AM, Butterfield Stage Course is WALKING ONLY. Pull carts are subject to availability. EARLY BIRD BACK 9 Walking only. Closes at 6:45 AM SPECTATORS Not permitted to rent their own cart. If an open seat is available in their group, they may spectate from a shared cart. The fee is $12 for each spectator. FIVESOMES Fivesomes are still NOT permitted. Max 4 golfers per group. FOOTGOLF Footgolf is open daily at 5:00 PM for walking only. No carts. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We will continue to try our very best to provide a safe environment for you and all our guests.

Course Update (June 28): El Prado had originally planned to release phase 4 of our reopening on Monday, June 29. The biggest change to Phase 4 was the reopening of inside dining in the cafe and bar. Based on recent events leading to the COVID infection spiking, we have decided to postpone our reopening of inside dining. ... I'm sure most of you have been following the news, but since the reopening of our economy, including restaurants and bars, the number of COVID cases has spiked tremendously. Far too many people are refusing to wear masks in public areas causing this spike. We feel because of this spike, it would be in our best interest to postpone the reopening of inside dining; including both cafe and bar. Logistically, we have the luxury of operating in a to-go fashion and we will continue that until further notice. Our outside patio has been a nice bonus. We encourage all of you to take wearing masks around others seriously. This is an easy and helpful way for you to make an impact. Facial covering are STILL required at check-in and around staff so please do not forget yours. The rules apply to everyone. Thank you for your understanding Be smart, think about others and stay safe.

Course Update (June 16): - Inside seating still CLOSED - Inside seating will open June 29 - Outside patio seating OPEN... - Carts offered on Chino Creek any time - Walking only on Butterfield Stage after 10 AM - Driving Range & Practice areas OPEN - Fivesomes are still NOT ALLOWED - Early Bird back 9 play WALKING ONLY - Spectator carts not permitted - Twilight starts at 12 PM daily - Super Twilight starts at 3 PM daily - FootGolf is OPEN daily at 5 PM walking only - Two golfers per cart (optional) - Social Distancing enforced - Facial Covering recommended around staff We understand other golf courses are in a bigger hurry than we are to re-open and return to normal. El Prado, on the other hand, has taken a safer approach to keep our staff and golfers safe. We continue to sanitize high touched areas and execute daily screenings to all our staff including temperature readings. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Back To Normal? To the naked eye, one might think things are slowly getting back to normal. Both golf courses are back in business. The driving range and practice areas are open. We are offering food and beverage in a restricted but reasonable way. Things are back to normal, right? Wrong. Things are not back to normal and unfortunately we do not anticipate them being back to normal for quite some time; unless you decide help us out. Since the reopening of El Prado, we h...ave launched different phases. Each phase was one step close to normal. This past Monday, phase 3 was launched. With each step we edge closer and closer to normal but we have a long way to go. Our biggest challenge and the reason why we are so far from being back to normal is golfers are still taking single carts. Four carts per group is a nightmare for anyone trying to run a golf course. Phase one of reopening required golfers to take their own golf carts. This lasted approximately 6 weeks. With phase two and now phase three, we have allowed golfer the option of taking their own golf cart or sharing a golf cart with fellow members in their foursome. The purpose of keeping this optional is we understand coming in close contact with others is still a sensitive topic and we respect that for those who are still not confortable. Still not comfortable is the key phrase here. Since entering phase two and now phase three, we have noticed that most golfers are still taking their own carts. For some, they still do not fill comfortable but for most, they are taking their own cart just because they can. Until we can correct this, we will remain operating under the plan: Chino Creek - Carts offered ALL DAY Butterfield Stage - Cart offered until 10 AM only Thank you in advance for helping us get BACK TO NORMAL.
