Hi homies ... I need your help again! I would LOVE to bring in some guest speakers that would inspire my Sac State MSW 2 Practice Class students. Based on thei...r interests I am looking for folks who are interested in speaking/lecturing on: - Mindfullness/Yoga (self care) - Family Counseling - PCIT (or other parent/child interventions) - Domestic Violence - LGBTQ youth - Homelessness - Foster Care - Other amazingness of your choosing The themes of the course (beyond all the competencies of course) are social justice, human rights and self-care. We meet Thursday afternoons (I have two classes from 3-6 and 6:30-9:30pm; any combo or both would be awesome!)
