Meet Gavin Kress, a member of the Ellison Institute Lee Lab. Gavin holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from USC Viterbi School of Engineering, and is currently working on his MS in Mechanical Engineering. At EI, he works on projects that measure and mathematically model the physical, chemical, and material properties of various cell types and their environments at multiple scales and how these properties are related to clinically relevant metrics.
