My office is permanently closed. This plandemic has shut me down. I still offer phone/video sessions as I am working from my home office through the summer. I will miss seeing my clients in person!!

Amid the COVID-19 crisis and by recommendation of insurance panels, all sessions are either video or telephone until April 6th, at which point the situation will be reassessed to determine a plan of action going forward. Stay safe and stay home if you can.

I'm out sick, office closed today. Please remember to take care of yourself during cold season. If you're sick, stay home. Self-care is vital to success.

Stop wasting your precious time on 'why' . Give yourself permission to feel the pain and cry. Then get up, dust off, and focus on 'how'. Your healing journey starts with your first step now. Just do one thing different each and every day. Make your bed when you wake up, engage your kids in play.... Close the door on what doesn't feed your soul. Focus on the little things that make you healthy and whole. Keep fighting, keep trying, no matter what! You're worth it, you deserve it, you ARE always enough. -Elizabeth Choate, MS, LMFT 12-03-19 See more
