Esteemed members - My wife and I made the difficult decision to temporarily close the gym. Alisha is needed at the hospital and I need to be home with our children. This decision was made out of respect and safety for our members, your loved ones and my family. I'll be taking it week by week and at the end of each week I will reevaluate. I appreciate all of you and thank you for your understanding during the pandemic. If anyone would like some workouts to do at home please let me know.
