I love super setting. Here I am getting MAX reps squatting and then into max reps bent over row. I started with 135 for squats and then dropped about 20lbs each set until it was just the bar. I can’t BO row 135 well with good form so I did just the bar for that first set. OH and did I mention that there’s a ridiculously thick band around my knees? Now that is one bad a** turkey burger. I had this for lunch all week...seriously. I didn't get tired of it. Put a side of low-fat cottage cheese and a small kale salad with balsamic vinaigrette. Dinner with my little Masey pie. Chicken Stir-fry 1. Start with 1 tbsp olive oil and sauté 1/2 onion and 2 fresh garlic cloves in low-med heat 2.
