Meet Certified Inspector Corey Galceran! Corey has been with the Elite Group for one year, and he loves being able to provide a thorough inspection while creating a fun, stress-free experience. Corey has witnessed some pretty odd things throughout his many years of inspecting, but the craziest thing he has come across was a family of raccoons that had turned a crawl space into a cozy little home - which they defended with great vengeance! Corey has yet to come across an erro...r-free home, and he has completed over 3,000 home inspections! He enjoys inspecting the interior of the home because that's where he can build relationships with his client. His least favorite part of the home to inspect is the crawl space. For some reason, clients never want to join him down there! When Corey isn't hard at work, he enjoys playing sports and spending time with family. Does my home inspection cover building codes? No - a home inspection is NOT a building code violation inspection. We advise you to check all building permits for all areas of the structures present. If the proper building permits have not been obtained and/or do not have final building inspection signatures, then you cannot assume that these areas were installed to applicable building codes. Further investigation beyond the scope of the home inspection may be needed.
