Dear Valued Clients, The health and well-being of our community, our team members, and you are our top priority. I want to take a moment to let you know some of the things we are doing to ensure your safety when traveling with Elite Black Car Services. By closely monitoring guidance from The Los Angeles County Dept. of Health Services and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we have devised the "9 Steps of Safety" guidelines for everyone’s well being with an... emphasis on the prevention of virus transmission: 1. Each Chauffeur’s temperature is taken twice daily. Chauffeurs that are sick are not allowed to return to work without testing 2. All Chauffeurs wear a washable double-ply mask with a PM2.5 filter 3. Chauffeurs use hand sanitizer pre and post trip, and after handling any luggage 4. Hand sanitizer is available for all our guests 5. Chauffeurs will open and close all doors and trunks and will not shake hands to eliminate the need of our passengers to touch anything 6. All our vehicles are deep cleaned and sanitized daily before leaving the lot which includes a CDC approved aerosol spray. All contact surfaces that are used by both passengers and chauffeurs are wiped down 7. Between every trip, high traffic areas in every vehicle will be cleaned with CDC approved antibacterial wipes 8. Sneeze guards/Partitions that go directly behind the front seat are available upon request 9. Currently, we are asking all passengers to wear masks who travel in our vehicles We are here to support our community when you need us most; no request is too small. Hello everyone, we just wanted to inform you that we are taking every precation necessary at this time to keep our vehicles as germ free as possible. Our chauffeurs are wiping door handles and spraying common areas of our vehicles before every pickup. In addition to this, all meet & greet pickups at the LAX international terminal (Tom Bradley) have been temporarily suspended. Thank you for understanding that the health and safety of everyone is important to us.
