Just finished transitioning 3 agents . . and we've now that we are re-focused. . and we've gotten some immediate momentum. . Lisa Rice will open 13-15 sales this month. . and we are excited about the downturn. . because our agents are experiencing much less competition in the marketplace. . We expect our EFFORT METER to be way up in SEPTEMBER. .

Its all about effort. . just developed an effort meter for our buyer agents. . it clearly shows the daily / weekly / monthly effort necessary to reach your goals. . The problem for most agents, is the effort you put out today . . you wont see escrows for 30-60 days. . . Many of us are fooled that we are working hard.. we are just reaping the effort we put out 30-60 days ago. . Our effort meter takes care of that !!!
