I really neglected social media in 2020, it was something I put on the back burner. Something I was so passionate about quickly fell to the wayside when all I could focus on was getting my basic needs met. Thankfully I am in a much better place now and I’m ready to reconnect with my followers! So, I would love to hear something YOU accomplished or are proud of that happened in 2020, let’s start off the new year on a positive note!... I’ll start: I paid off two large debts despite the financial toll this year took on my business and I am pretty damn proud!

I let all the negativity get the best of me. I really let myself think 2020 was out to get me, that my life was falling apart, and that all the things that give me a spark were gone. I took out my hair extensions and quarantined in tears most days. I felt worthless and like I could never recover.... What scary negative thoughts to have! It was rough. But then one day I woke up and told myself to knock that shit off! I am so freaking blessed and my eyes were so clouded by darkness I couldn’t even see all the good right in front of me. Mindset IS everything. I started t to wake up every day choosing gratitude and accepting things I can’t change. And slowly that spark returned. And this month I’ll have my hair extensions back in and really feel like my old self again! I hope you can choose gratitude too babe, find things that bring you joy in these challenging times and know that I am rooting for you. See more
