Here are the upcoming contests we have planned in May: 5/3 Then vs. Now - share a photo of your pet as a puppy or kitten vs. now 5/10 Goofy Video - show us the goofiest video of your pet 5/17 Best Dressed - does your pet have style? We want to see... 5/24 Steps Challenge - take your pet for a stroll to earn your steps For every submission we receive, we will be donating $3.00 to RedRover! Start preparing for our contests now, and we are so excited to see your submissions next month! #ElevateTheEveryday

Don’t forget to set your clocks forward tonight for Daylight Saving Time. Although we lose an hour of sleep, we are excited to gain more daylight, so we can get out and explore in our backyards! #ElevateTheEveryday

Our offices will be closed tomorrow 3/12, for our teams to take the day to rest and recharge. Each team member worked hard to complete our company-wide Steps Challenge last month to reach our 20,000 miles goal and earn this reward! #ElevateTheEveryday

It is now time to reserve your paint kit for our Virtual Paint Night on Friday, April 9th at 5:30 PM via Facebook Live! Head over to our resident portal to sign up. The kits are limited and will be distributed on a first come first serve basis. We can't wait to paint the night away with you!

Meet Matt, our new Community Manager! He has been in the hospitality industry for 7 years and in the property management industry for 3. Outside of work he enjoys going to Sunday brunch, hiking in the mountains, and going to the dog park with his Chihuahua, Gigi. If he could travel anywhere in the world he would go to Tanzania. Matt looks forward to meeting each and every one of you. Feel free to stop by and say hello!

Back by popular demand, we will be hosting a Virtual Paint Night on April 9th at 5:30PM! We will be providing all of the materials needed on a first come, first serve basis, so be sure to check your resident portal soon for more information. Throughout 2020, we hosted some fun and creative activities to help bring a smile to our residents across all of our communities.
