This is a annual fundraising for Ekal Vidyalaya, a non- profit organization on a mission to eradicate illiteracy in India. All of us spend thousands of dollars on our children's college education. But it takes only $360 for us to open a school in a rural village to provide basic education. ... If ten of us purchase ticket for this event, Ekal will open one school in a rural village and we can see a smile in those student's faces who really want to study but are unable to afford it. Hello Everyone, We are pleased to announce our Annual Ekal Walk to Eradicate Literacy on September 9th at the lovely Paramount Ranch in Agoura Hills.
