Sring break means it's time to get airplane travel smart - here are a few tips for your body meant for movement:) that is stuck sitting in a sea of seats for hours on end.... LEGS: far apart, frequently roll hips in and out and press feet quickly 10x into the floor SPINE: use the Telescope stretch - tailbone backwards and down into the backrest while upper spine with head crown up to the ceiling ARMS: stretch up arms to touch the ceiling and then side-bend and add a little rotation to the other side ( if back is healthy)with the spine build yourself a good low back arch support using pillow/blanket/pullover... get up and do some little dances as often as you can Happy Travels!
