We like to draw inspiration from a variety of sources! Brett Miller, one of our project managers, writes: While I am not an avid social media user there are a handful of accounts I like to follow, and occasionally share with the studio, for inspiration. I chose these three to share to offer a range of visual variety. First, @sketch_forum - an artist based out of South Korea whose hand sketched pen, ink, and color drawings are unbelievable. The way value, negative space, an...d form are captured while using such a fine medium paint the landscape in a dreamy realism. Second is @dv.landscape a digital artist from Russia. She will frequently post process videos of painting and editing her visions from her iPad a medium that we’ve begun to use frequently during our work from home. And the third post is from @archolution who shares a variety of render styles from simple isometrics, to photorealistic renderings and everything in between. While focused on the structure, many of the graphics are representations of how that structure or form sits in the landscape and offer rendering styles that line up with our ‘moment’ studies that we practice in our studio. @sketch_forum @dv.landscape @archolution

With the recent approval from the Sherman Oaks Neighborhood Council, we are excited to move forward with IMT Residential on Via Avanti, a Mediterranean-inspired mixed-use development. Our team, in collaboration with KFA, worked through a number of design iterations for the entry plaza to present to the neighborhood council.
