We are gearing up for our First Rhythm Well to be held at The Heartbeat Collective in Oakland! I'm SOOOO excited about the new space, which will really feel like home. Extra excited, because I will have just filled our yoga studio with my art! Home you can come play heal and dance with us this Saturday , or a future one!

Another stellar Rhythm Well! Several of the folks doing breathwork mentioned how powerful it was to do the practice on the floor (on comfy mats :) ) with the drum rhythms vibrating through the floor and up into their bodies...wow! Having the didjeridu played over the chakras while breathing was also a highlight. Not to mention the off the hook drumming, the arc of the rhythms, the spontaneous tonal vocalizations with layered harmonies, crystal bowl, hand pan, chimes, oh my!!
