FREE YOGA CLASSES! Hi friends - as we continue to dive into week 3 of quarantine, I am still offering free classes to those that need them. I realize that ther...e are many people living paycheck to paycheck right now. The movement and meditations are certainly beneficial in helping stay grounded...I know they are in my life.
