Just snagged the moonrise of the first full moon of 2021! It’s the Wolf moon...I think I’m gonna go howl at it now...Think the neighbors will complain? I doubt it! They put up with my chickens squawking after all. . I’m feeling inspired by this gorgeous full moon in Leo. Which interestingly is about putting yourself out there and expressing yourself! So duh! I had to write a blog about it, right? Anyway, I included a little full moon ritual that’s easy to squeeze into even a... super busy life. Want access!? Link in bio to sign up for my list where you’ll get all kinds of juicy info on shadow work, rebirthing yourself midlife (after birthing your kids) and just living a soul-inspired life in general. And what’s more important than that?! . #loveyourlifeorchangeit #goalswithsoul #liveyourpurpose #bethechangeyouwanttosee #loveyourself #shadowwork #healyoursoul #liberateyourself #yougotthis See more

These eggs might not look special, but they are in fact equivalent to magic, golden eggs!! Why? Because after 7 months of feeding, holding caring, hugging, singing to my own home raised chickens, they have FINALLY started laying eggs!! . I wasn’t expecting to feel so many feels around this, but I think anytime a soul-inspired endeavor starts to bear fruit (or eggs) it’s momentously fulfilling! .... I never feel this way about ego-based goals. Even getting my license or my doctorate degree was kind of eh. I think it’s because the education itself was the soul-aligned part, not the piece of paper at the end. . There’s something so amazing about simply growing and raising your own food. . My oldest is studying sustainable agriculture and according to him there is simply nothing more sustainable than growing/raising your own food. . As a psychologist I believe that our disconnection from our food through our SAD, fast food, factory farmed diets that is contributing not only to obesity and physical health problems, but mental health problems as well. . It’s or disconnection from the circle of life that is at the heart of depression, anxiety, pervasive loneliness and addiction which are all on the rise. . Ok I’ll get off my soap box now! #slowfoodmovement #homegrownfood #victorygarden2020 #sustainableliving #bethechangeyouwanttosee #simpleliving #simplepleasures #midlifewomen #goalswithsoul #anxietyrelief #foodforthesoul See more

This is me earlier heading out to get the vax! I had all the mixed feelings that everyone does. Was super anxious going in. But I got it. It didn’t even hurt! No arm pain or headache yet, but maybe tomorrow. . Sure, maybe I’ve just been microchipped with alien fetuses (lol...the conspiracy theorists are nothing if not creative, right?) but it’s a risk I’m willing to take to go back to seeing clients in the office! Also I haven’t seen my parents in over a year and a half, so ...getting the vax gets me one step closer. . I know my life isn’t going to go back to normal until everyone gets theirs, but I feel like I did my part to prevent the spread. . #stopthespread #covidvaccine #igottheshot #vaccine #firstdose See more

The road ahead looks rough...not gonna sugar coat it. But if we focus on who we love, what’s important and the little victories along the way, we’re gonna get there! . Just one foot in front of the other. Baby steps. . Going back to work and school after the holidays is tough! Give yourself a break today. You don’t have to have everything all perfect just because it’s the new year. All your goals will still be there tomorrow. Maybe focus on one thing to accomplish or focus on... and let the rest go. . #youvegotthis #beautifulmidlife #onestepatatime #celebratethelittlethings #mindfulnesspractice #thismoment #mompreneur See more

Gorgeous day for a sunrise hike. I just blocked off Tuesday and Thursday mornings for hiking. Nothing calms, centers and fills my soul like a good long walk in nature. I had the idea and literally the next day my 2 Tuesday am clients asked for Monday and Wed afternoon! Talk about a synchronicity!! . When we have no blocks in our belief system about whether we deserve something or not, we can make things that we want happen effortlessly! ... . It’s only where we have blocking beliefs that things stay stuck. There was a time in my life where I would’ve felt guilty blocking off 2 mornings a week to hike. I mean how can I have a successful business if I’m not working hard all the time, right? . Since then I’ve done a lot of healing work to excavate those beliefs that keep me from living the life that I truky want. By healing my trauma and the trauma of my ancestors who had to toil and struggle to make a buck, I’ve freed myself of the struggle, the scarcity mentality and the need to work all the time to feel successful. In fact I feel more successful in my business when I’m able to create the life I want! . I’ve developed a system for working with people called Breakdown to Breakthrough that allows you to remove the blocks keeping you from living your ideal life. There’s nothing wrong with working hard, but like with everything else there’s a light side of hard work and a shadow side. . If you want to find out how your light and shadow are playing out in your own life and how you can remove the blocks that keep you from living a life of your design, gimme a ring. I can help you sort it out and move forward! . #goalswithsoul #bravewomen #transformyourmind #postnataldepression #shadowwork #miraclesnow #anxietyrecovery #momsrock #mentalwellness #soulwork #youareworthy #momminainteasy #bethechangeyouwanttosee #embraceyourself #embracelife #spiritualhealing #mentalhealthmatters #intuitive #joyfulmamas #spiritualjourney #authenticity #selfawareness #womenempoweringwomen #selfdevelopment #momlifeisthebestlife #personalgrowth #empoweringwomen #womensupportingwomen #yougotthis #believeinyourself See more

Happy New Year! I think I worked in all my favorite things....sunrise hiking, polar plunge at the beach both with my oldest son. Went driving with my youngest, watched the sunset and finished it off at a socially distanced outdoor gathering with the neighbors! I’m determined to create a 2021 that I love...starting today! . The challenge I made right here on Instagram last month is really helping me to focus on what’s working and what’s right in my life and...big surprise all... that good stuff seems to be growing. Want in? Today’s a great day to start! Click the link in my bio and hit the button for the Deepen Your Connection Challenge. You won’t regret it! . Even though 2020 was a dumpster fire, it sure had a lot of good in it too. It was like the kiln that took us from soft clay into a strong piece of pottery that is able to really be useful in the world. What are you going to create with this stronger, more beautiful version of yourself that is emerging from the fire? . Sending love out there to all for an amazing 2021! . #goalswithsoul #beautifulmidlife #gratitudechallenge #gratitudepractice #loveyourlifeorchangeit #bethechangeyouwanttosee #bethelight #believeinyourself See more

Sunrise hike this mornin. So fun to watch the moon set on one side and the sun rise on the other. We started in the dark with headlamps. It was cold for SD! (Cool hat credit @ambersolanab ) . One of the assignments on the 22 Day Challenge (link in bio) is to watch a sunrise. . As hard as it was to get my arse outta bed at 4:30am in the dark and cold, hiking to the top of a mountain to watch the sunrise gave me a buzz better than any drug! Talk about a #naturalantidepre...ssant . The sunrise is the one thing we can count on in these unstable, uncertain times. Watching it come up really activates parts of the brain we don’t usually have access to. It’s calming, yet inspiring at the same time. It’s awe-inspiring, even though the sun rises (and sets) every single day....how boring it should be, but it is sooooo not! It borders on miraculous, but it happens every day. . It’s just like our breath! All day every day in and out! But if we really watch it and experience it, it’s AMAZING! . Don’t take my word for it. See for yourself! . I can’t think of a better New Years resolution than more sunrises...and more breath! . #beautifulmidlife #sunriselover #moonset #naturehealsthesoul #mindfulnesspractice #gratitudechallenge See more

Sunset on a brand new day. A day of healing and hope and finally a focus on what makes us all human. . I watched finally a president who said thank you to the garbage men, the delivery workers, the grocery store workers and the healthcare workers that have kept our country running for the past 10 months. I watched 3 former presidents (from opposing sides) offer hope and support for our new president. . I was deeply moved by 22 year old poet #amandagorman who I believe repres...ents a whole generation of incredible potential for unity not just in the country but the world. . I’d say it’s been a pretty good day... See more

I happened to wake up and be in just the right spot to see this this beautiful moon set at 6:30 this morning....it’s kind of a miracle cuz this is LAST full moon of 2020! . If I had woken up even one minute later, I would’ve missed this. Same with the rainbows yesterday. If I hadn’t been standing in just the right spot, I wouldn’t have seen them. It’s all divine timing or Soul timing or whatever you want to call it. . If 2020 has taught me anything it is about soul timing. Tr...ying to make things happen on my timeline almost never works, but if I allow things to be with an intention of moving in a particular direction I am guided perfectly to where I need to be. I think that’s why I like living by the lunar cycle more than the regular calendar. It puts me in a state of flow and allowing vs forcing and goal setting. How bout a year of no striving my loves? Sacred action requires no striving, achieving, pushing through with willpower. But it still requires inspired effort. . I love this concept so much, I’m writing a blog about it today. Hopefully it will help you as you do your New Years planning. . What? Not on my list? Click the link in my bio and get a crazy little technique to go from freaking out to calm and cool in one minute or less and get on my list too! Nature’s really workin with me this mornin! . The next rainstorm brought a bigger, even brighter DOUBLE rainbow!! . So this is my prediction for 2021: ... stormy start little rainbow to remind us to keep going milder rain storm that brings an unbelievable double rainbow later! . What? I can make predictions too, can’t I?? We’re all psychic to some degree! #embraceyourinnerweirdo #gratitudepractice #naturehealsthesoul #blessingsonblessings #itsasign See more

I snapped this just moments ago on 12.28 at 7:45 am. I’m thinking this has got to be the metaphor for the times right now! 2021 has GOT to be the rainbow after the terrible storm. But even as I write this the rain has started again telling us we’re not out of the woods...but assuring us the rainbows will be there along the way. Don’t lose hope.... we’re gettin there! #rainbow #rainbringsrainbows #keephoping #believeinyourself
