It’s never wrong to want more after a reconstruction. This lovely patient had a two stage reconstruction elsewhere and wanted to feel more symmetric and full. She and I have done two rounds of fat grafting and a nipple reconstruction (tummy tuck for fun as well). She looks absolutely gorgeous and you should see the incredible 3D nipple tattoos under those white dots! (Come on Instagram!). @hollyfeneht helped me finish up this beautiful reconstruction! #breastcancerawareness #breastreconstruction #plasticsurgery
