Y'all this is the ultimate #Monday. It's the #FirstMonday of the #NewYear! We DEFINITELY could use some #MondayMotivation. What do y'all recommend to start the week (and the year) off on a positive note? This counts if your day starts on another day as well.

Happy New Year. Remember, you can start your year off at ANY TIME. But since this is the start of the calendar year, I say let's start NOW! Set your goals, set the bar and you can make it happen this year. I'm rooting for you!

Hey Y'all ... 2020 is about to come to an end, with a brand new year upon us. Many are grateful for the end of this year and the change the new year may bring. But I'm interested in what you have found gratitude in, in 2020. Lots of us have found things to be grateful for that perhaps we took for granted or didn't even know we had. ... Hey Y'all ... I have quite a sweet tooth and I love dessert - especially cupcakes. I was recently at my local bakery and I am always so impressed with their kindness. They are sweet (pun intended) every time I am in there. So what lessons can we learn from them? They are sweet because they realize that they are in sales. Yep, not cupcakes, not cookies-sales. ... They realize that their kindness when they are serving their customers is part of their brand and that by being sweet they are giving their customers a great experience and a story to tell others.
