Today Le Chene French Cuisine is celebrating its 40th year anniversary! We feel both happy and sad to be reaching this great milestone today. Le Chene has been blessed to be in this beautiful oasis part of the Santa Clarita Valley, and we are honored to have been serving our community for these last 40 years. However, we wish we could be open so we could join in celebration with all of you again. These last 40 years have been very hard yet rewarding work, and I always though...t that things would get easier (as we are supposed to be cruising now). However, this year has proven to be increasingly difficult, as we are still waiting, with anxiety, for our governor to let us reopen and for us to see you all once again. Thank you to all our loyal customers for making us a success for all these 40 wonderful years. This is due to the recent mandates by our governor earlier this afternoon. Gift certificates are still available for purchase on our website or over the phone. We at Le Chene will be spending the next week ensuring our restaurant meets all the necessary requirements and protocols before reopening our doors to guests. Currently, we are scheduled to reopen on Thursday, 6/4/2020. ... Rest assured, the safety of our customers and staff will remain a priority. Therefore, please keep in mind: * Our customers are encouraged to make reservations prior to arrival so that we may ensure adequate staffing and proper social distancing. * At this time, we are unable to take reservations or parties larger than 6 people. * As per LA City and CA guidance, all customers are required to bring and wear a face covering when not eating or drinking. * Guests who are experiencing a fever or other symptoms of COVID-19 will not be permitted in the restaurant.
