Since we've resumed to a Shelter In Place ordinance we must continue to be firm with the guidelines set by the State. In regards to visiting the office for appointments this is the following policy One parent per child... Over 18 yrs please come by yourself We understand this may be a hardship but we ask that siblings do not come into the office. (We have had parents stay in the car with the siblings) Our goal is to keep you and our staff safe and healthy. Thank you so much for your understanding. We Appreciate you all!!

Hello all of my Costanzo Orthodontics people! Just wanted to give a quick update on the new stay-at-home orders that will go in to effect tonight, Sunday, December 6th. The new stay-at-home orders do not impact dental offices so we will remain open and we will keep all appointments that we currently have scheduled. We will not, however, be scheduling any new in-office appointments in December unless it is an emergency. If you have an appointment scheduled in December but p...refer not to come in due to the stay-at-home orders please call the office during working hours and we can determine if your appointment can be done virtually (Zoom or e-mail) or if we need to reschedule your appointment for sometime in January. We are able to do new patient exams, retainer checks, aligner checks, and even some routine braces appointments using our virtual consultation tool at drcbraces.com. We remain confident that we can operate safely with the routine infection control procedures we’ve always had in place combined with our new covid screening and distancing protocols. In order to minimize the number of people in the office we will only be allowing patients in the office, unless the patient is below the age of 18 in which case we will allow 1 parent to accompany them. Please no siblings, friends, or other family members. We appreciate your cooperation with this policy. We want to take this opportunity to thank everybody for complying with all of our Covid-related policies over the past 8 months and for helping us to make sure that Costanzo Orthodontics remains a safe place to provide your orthodontic treatment.
