Who Wants Lobster?!!!!! At 22 Bistro in Squaw, I will be bringing back Dragonfly's extremely popular Lobster Night!! A 3 course New England Style Dinner with all the fixings!! Are you an East Coaster who can't visit back East this summer to get your lobster fix because of Covid or are you just a Maine Lobster lover??? Luckily, a good friend's lobster company will be harvesting 1 1/2 # lobsters early next Wednesday morning, then sending them here for a Wednesday night deliver...y. They will make it to your plate Thursday night! The freshest possible Maine lobsters on the West coast!! 3 Course Lobster Dinner- $65 --New England Clam Chowder with Oyster Crackers-- --1 1/2 # Maine Lobster with Sweet Corn Slaw, Roasted Potatoes, Grilled Garlic Bread and Drawn Butter-- --Summer Fruit Crisp with Vanilla Chantilly Cream-- LOCATION: 22 Bistro in Squaw Valley DATE: Thursday August 20 TIME: Make reservations between 5:30 and 7:30 PM COST: $65 for 3 course LOBSTER DINNER TO MAKE RESERVATIONS: Email or your NAME, # in PARTY, PREFERRED TIME and CELL NUMBER to: [email protected] You will be emailed a confirmation within 12 hours! With Covid restrictions, all dinners will be served outside and socially distanced! We can only accept parties of 8 or less.
