This patient came in with two broken and unrestorable teeth on the upper left. We removed the teeth in a careful manner to preserve the bone and placed bone graft to fill the void left by the tooth. In this case we prepared a fixed prosth to restore this patients smile and replace the missing teeth. This procedure only took 2 weeks to complete. Great alternative when the bone is thin making implants more difficult.
