Thanks to a team effort and collaboration with dot818 and TUMO, the very first TUMO box has opened in Gavar, Armenia. The program aims to educate young students in small towns and villages. TUMO primarily focuses on technology and design; it gives young adults the opportunity to pursue their interests through workshops, interactive activities, and collaborative projects. Presently, there are four TUMO centers in Armenia Yerevan, Dilijan, Gyumri, and Stepanakert and more... centers will open in Koghb, Masis, and other areas in Armenia. There are also two international centers in Beirut and Paris. In a world where technology is advancing at lightning speed, it is vital that we educate our youth and prepare them for the jobs of the future. TUMO offers 14 different learning paths, such as Animation, Web Development, Music, and Motion Graphics. Students are encouraged to choose the learning path best suited to their interests and carve their own career paths. Dot818 is proud to be a part of this initiative toward improving and emboldening the future of Armenia’s youth.
