With Jordan age 2 late #fetalecho dx by my partner Dr Francesca Byrne I did his #balloonatrialseptostomy after birth. Surgery at #chocchildrens with Dr Richard Gates he has an an excellent result and as you can see if a very cute kid!

This is a #tetralogyoffallot who had what’s known as a double barrel repair. You can see the native hypoplastic pulmonary valve and the superior rightward on the screen pulmonary conduit. We measure 2 sets of #pulmonarystenosis And #pulmonaryinsufficiency I haven’t seen a surgeon do this since. Child is 6yo now. No RV enlargement and still doing well.
