Aesthetic treatments may look deceptively easy from videos posted and, really pretty much anyone can take a weekend course and claim they're "certified" to stick a needle in the skin and follow an inject-by-number plan. Question: Is that who you want injecting you? Answer: Don't believe everything you see. So many photos are either not original or are photoshopped or manipulated, not real. Not all certifications are the same. Being a board cer...tified MD in the core 4 specialities is important and meaningful. Did you know: The assessment is the first step and the challenge in any aesthetic treatment. It requires a deep understanding of structure and function of the skin, anatomy, movement and the natural as well as pathologic aging process. Knowing and treating around this gives best and safest outcome and longer lasting results. It takes years and a commitment to life long learning to master. Survey after survey shows that consumers Number One concern is SAFETY. Every treatment and procedure has risks, patients deserve to know what those are and that a proper doctor is on site to address issues of they arise.
