She ...is 3 years of age, about 35 lbs and soooo extremely sweet. She can be playful but she loves to cuddle and chill as well! She is friendly with ALL people, she does great with other dogs too. Update: ADOPTED!!!! Meet Haley. She’s 1 years old and about 17 lbs. She is looking for her forever home! She is so very sweet and loves people. She is wonderf...ul with kids! Would be a great family dog. She is healthy and fully vetted. Ready to go! She gets along with dogs as well, she does like to bark sometimes, but I’m sure with some training that can be fixed. UPDATE: Skippy is desperately trying to find his home. He is running out of time. He only has until the end of the month where he’s living. I am praying someone... steps forward. Even to foster. If he doesn’t find a home by this coming Sunday they said their next option is the shelter. We all know that’s the last place he should go. PLEASE HELP ME AND SHARE!!!!! He is a good boy and deserves a wonderful life, like we all do. I’m staying hopeful someone will fall in love with this sweet boy! Thank you! Skippy is looking for his forever home. I posted about him a few days ago, but not sure if everyone saw him. Here’s some more info on sweet Skippy! He was adopted from the shelter a few years ago and lived at a vet clinic where his current foster mom worked and fell in love with him. The owners sold their clinic and left Skippy. Crazy and so sad!!!! The new owners didn’t want him so instead of going to the shelter Emily stepped in. She found a rescue to take him. The rescue was shut down for not having proper permits. So, once again Emily took him in to avoid him going to a shelter. She loves him so much, but works a lot and lives in a studio. She has other animals and can’t keep him. He is good with other dogs. He used to go to the dog park when he lived at a vet clinic. One of the technicians would take him so he could run and play with other dogs. He’s great with people. Total sweetheart. He would love a fenced yard. Enjoys walks and hikes and would probably love camping and going to the beach. He’d probably make a good ranch dog too. He is mellow in the house and usually hangs out on the floor next to his foster humans. He is trained for a few basic commands and is treat motivated and wants to please. He is crate trained and sleeps in the crate at night with the gate open. He’s estimated to be about 5 but may actually be a bit younger. He’s about 75 pounds but underweight. Emily is available to answer any questions and introduce you to Skippy if you’re interested. He’d make a great furry family member. He deserves a ton of love and a forever human or family that will love him the rest of his life. PLEASE SHARE!!! I’m on a mission to find this cute boy his family!

LOS ANGELES FAMILY AND FRIENDS, My beautiful friend, Meryl, rescued this dog off the streets of downtown LA yesterday. She was wandering in a daze. Exhausted, h...ungry and thirsty. Meryl took her home because she knew she needed help. She fed her, gave her water and a soft bed to rest. She’s very sweet, sensitive and enjoys being petted and lets Meryl pick her up and put her in her car. She took her to work today and she’s enjoying the love and decompressing in her air conditioned office. She is skinny and has swollen and sore pads from wandering the streets. She will get seen by a vet and then we are looking for a foster and a forever home for this sweet girl. Meryl cannot keep her because she has cats. Fosters needed please share!! PICK UP MONDAY We are taking in about 12 dogs next week from a hoarding case. They appear to be generally young and very swee...t but living in sordid conditions. Probably not house broken and no young kids until we know their temperaments (they’re reported to be very attention seeking and sweet so far). Need leash training. We need fosters!!! They all need to be spayed/neutered as well. We don’t know yet exactly which dogs we will get as situations like this are fluid but we are stepping up in a big way and will help as many as we can.
