The physical exam is still very important. We can improve it with the use of new tools. There are many of them. This video shows how I carry them with me in my daily practice of medicine. If we don't learn to use them, they become more of a nuisance than a help. I started medical school in 1997 and graduated in 2003. I was never trained in how to use new technologies in primary care.
