I received an email from the woman who started Methodogy today. Her name is Julie. I don't know Julie but since adding myself to her list a few years ago I have always known she gets it and she is the real deal. Today she shared her story of working her bootie off to get a food delivery system started and running. It is her "why". She calls it Personalized Food as Medicine. She also said in her letter that: "Avoiding foods that harm you plus eating more foods that nourish yo...u helps you feel your best, which in turn helps you achieve your Why and live your best life possible". So, again, as we all start the New Year New You Diets. My question is: Is what you are eating "FOOD" or is it real food?

Friendly encouragement: Before you start that diet tomorrow or restrict calories to lose weight.. look at the ingredients in your diet food... ask yourself whether it is actually good for you. All the ingredients. Is it food?
