Conducting a proper pat down is essential. Not just to keep your partners safe, but most importantly keeping those safe that we are protecting. As we strive for perfection, here are some items we found during our pat-downs at a concert. Prohibiting pepper spray from going into an enclosed facility is critical. If the pepper spray were to go off, this would cause mass panic. As we learned from incidents from the past; Chicago E2 night club, where security deployed pepper spr...ay to break up a fight. This caused a human stampede, killing 21 people. Morale of the story: don't do what this guy is doing.
