According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the change in unemployment rates from December 2016 - December 2017 as as follows: Riverside-San Bernadino-Ontario,CA down -1.0 percent points going from -5.1% to -4.1% Sacramento-Roseville--Arden Arcade,CA down -1.0 percent points from 4.8% to 3.8%... San Francisco-Oakland-Hayward,CA down -0.7 percent points from 3.4% to 2.7% San Jose-Sunnyvale-Santa Clara,CA down -0.7 percent points from 3.4% to 2.7% San Diego-Carlsbad,CA down -0.8 percent points from 4.1% to 3.3%
