Hi! If you are shopping for sparring gloves here is some info to guide your search. Please feel free to contact me if you have specific questions about brand/models. See you at sparring night!!! when shopping gloves: the main difference between bag gloves and boxing gloves is the padding. Bag gloves have enough padding to protect the puncher's hand, ususually just for hitting a punching bag. Boxing gloves are in addition padded to be safe for the person being punched-ver...y important!. I would recommend at least 14 oz, preferably 18 oz if available. Kid's class is here! Sensei Brian Sincomb and I have teamed up to offer children's Jujitsu classes. We meet Monday/Wednesday afternoons at 5:30 and Saturday mornings at 11:30. Presently we are accepting ages 6-10 and a class for older ages is in the works!

What a cool day. Eskrima class is a blast (I promise Manak Khamvongsa we are training hard) and kid's class is off to a great start! Thanks everyone for showing up in 100 degree+ weather!
