Pericardium 6 - opens the chest, protects the heart, calms the spirit & relieves nausea. This point helps with insomnia and repressed emotions. Heart 7 - emotional issues, especially excessive anxiety & worry. A great point for insomnia. Acupressure on these points can be done with gentle but firm pressure for 4-5 seconds over each, twice daily. This may give you a warm relaxed feeling in the chest and a sense of ease while providing relief from stress, anxiety, insomnia & frustration.
