New Review from a Happy Customer: "My first contract with Ryan Deprizio was a big one. He coordinated the construction of a 3000 sq ft metal building on our 4 acre mountain property. The project included grading, retaining walls, commercial foundation, building erection, electrical, plumbing and general site improvement. This was a large, complex undertaking. There was a lot of work to do in a very remote area. Construction took place in California which is a very diffi...cult regulatory environment. Ryan managed this project from start to finish and did a fantastic job. Ryan is super smart, very experienced and more organized and proactive than any contractor I have ever dealt with. He can juggle multiple subs and jobs effortlessly. He is really good at queuing up the next couple of jobs so that no time is wasted. I really appreciated that. He is very flexible and solves problems in an expeditious manner. Where he really excels is his communications. He carries an iPhone and will respond to phone calls, emails or text messages essentially instantly on a 24/7 basis. On this project, I managed the engineering of the building components with the manufacturer and Ryan did all the rest. So it took quite a bit of coordination between us. Like I said, he is very flexible and can work with many different types of arrangements. We have since contracted with Ryan on several other projects of various sizes - including some projects where I did some work and he did some pieces also. Always the same excellent experience. We only call Ryan when we need something done. I can enthusiastically recommend him without reservation."
