SAINT HERMAN'S WEST YOUTH CONFERENCE SCHEDULE Saint Hermans' West Youth Conference Is underway! Yesterday evening's meeting (Monday Dec 28) was very successful... with clergy, youth counselors and young people from throughout the Western American Diocese gathering together for a virtual meeting. The conference began with greetings the chairman of the youth department of our Diocese, Archpriest Michael van Opstal. Then after a brief reminder of "proper Zoom etiquette" by the youth counselors, the conference members broke off into smaller groups using "ice breakers" to get to know each other. Meanwhile, the clergy met in their own "breakout room" to prepare for the Clergy Panel this evening, by reviewing the questions submitted on-line by our youth. The evening was complete with a meditation on the daily Scriptural reading, led by Father Michael. There are 57 youth singed up as of today, not including clergy and youth counselors. AND, IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO JOIN IN! Register today!
