The De Oro Devices team got together for an amazing workshop with Jennifer Selke on the Clifton Strengths Assessment. It was a pleasure to learn more about each of our team member's strengths, so that we can apply our newfound knowledge to working more efficiently, productively, and seamlessly going forward. We are so lucky to have such a great team of people executing our mission here at De Oro Devices. "The strength of the team is each individual member. We are saddened to share the news that Jack, the inspiration for NexStride and why we do what we do, has passed. Jack applied incredible effort each day to make the world a better place. Throughout his life, he made a positive impact by serving his country, teaching mechanical engineering, reading to the blind, and starting an impact investing company (something new at the time). Jack lived every day to its fullest and did so through his values and ethics. He was constantly b...uilding other people up and looking for ways to give back in a meaningful way. Jack inspired us and continues to inspire us to live as he did, in service of others. He pushed us to understand the impact NexStride could have and helped us develop the device for more people to benefit from. We hope that we can make him proud by carrying out the mission he inspired within us at De Oro Devices. In memory of Jack Brill
