YOLO COUNTY MISDEMEANOR CRIMINAL OR DUI CASE EXPUNGEMENT WOODLAND Cleaning up your criminal record in Yolo County may be easier than you think. California Judicial Council Forms CR180 and CR181 are the standardized forms that the court prefers and they can be found online. Most of the information required is self-explanatory and the caption is just your personal information. Generally, you’ll need to know your case number, the date your case was resolved and the code sectio...n of the offense. If you’ve successfully completed probation, the correct box to mark, in Item 8 on the CR180 form, is 1203.4. You’ll file your motion with the Yolo County Criminal Clerk’s Office at 1000 Main Street in Woodland, CA, with a Proof of Service on the District Attorney. This means you have to take a copy to the District Attorney. The District Attorney’s Office is located at 301 2nd Street Woodland, CA. There is no up-front fee or charge to file your motion. The court will not give you a date for the motion on the date you file it. If the District Attorney doesn’t object to the granting of the motion, you will get a notice to that effect from the court. You will then need to go back to the courthouse and pay the clerk’s office a fee of $150.00 and they’ll give you an original copy of the signed order from the court. If you are eligible for a fee waiver, perhaps you won’t have to pay anything. You’ll have to check with the clerk’s office for a fee waiver form. If the District Attorney objects to the motion, the court will give you a court date where you will need to appear to make your oral argument and present any additional evidence or information you might have.
