Had this frame built for the old shop, was part of a collab with @legorcicli I decided to go a different route because I was racing for No. 22, the frame went to a good home and built up proper by @kingkogshop looks great, rides even better.

Logging those Winter miles these days, test riding our new prototype gravel wheels and re-gaining inspiration, a lot of new projects are in the works but feel the need to put them on the back burner for a bit as there’s way more significant things happening in the world. Days are slowly getting longer, the world is bananas right now but seeing the sunset after a banger of a ride helps keep things in perspective, try and stay positive folks.

Coolest guy I know, Gibby Hatton, the first non Japanese person to compete in Keirin racing in Japan amongst many more accomplishments. He mentored me in my last couple of years racing on the East Coast and he’s still a friend to this day. He had a custom Ti frame built for him years ago so I had the frame painted in a one off Martini inspired paint by @benfalconpaint and build up some carbon deluxe road wheels and Sram force for the group. Good to you riding Gil, see ya soon! @gibbyhatton

Quick shout out to @vanzeesignco Will is a humble, hard working cat who’s talent is something you don’t see everyday, he painted all the signs for the old shop and designed the Casual Hand logo we use often, if you need a sign or some logo work, drop him a line!

I came across this Mapei Colnago close to 10 years ago, was built for a team riders son so they could ride matching bikes. Its been loaned to to a few friends for their kids to ride and a fun piece of history to have around the studio.

Happy 10-9 day to all the messengers out there! I was 21 in this photo working for Fleetfoot in Seattle, sliding around on a track bike and starting to race. Being a professional schlepper led to some really amazing times in my life and I’m thankful for all the travel, races, parties and friends made along the way.

It was really incredible to work with @engine_11 stay tuned for what’s next!

2015 I had started Deluxe and was racing UCI for @22bikes I gave my all toward bicycle racing and still love it to this day, looking forward to when we can all return to it. Be sure to register to vote!
